Shipping and Delivery

Our goal is to despatch your online order the next business day. During peak times it may take us up to two business days to despatch your order. The actual time it takes for your order to arrive at the shipping address will depend on the postal service or carrier we send your order with.

If you have special instructions regarding delivery of your order, this can be entered in the “order notes” section when placing your order.

Australia Wide Shipping

The majority of our orders will be sent with either TNT, Australia Post or local courier service. Delivery times within Australia are between 3-7 business days depending on your distance from Wagga Wagga NSW 2650. Should you need your order in a hurry send us a message and we will advise of any costs for express services.

International Shipping (Rest of World)

For international orders we ship exclusively with Australia Post. Note there are limitations with regard to maximum parcel size and dimensions. Approximate delivery times can be checked on the Australia Post website. https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/

Before finalising your order, please be aware that some countries will apply administration charges, customs fees, taxes and duties on the parcel arriving from Australia. The price paid for your order and shipping does not make any allowance for these costs.

Any costs imposed at the destination country will be payable by the person receiving the parcel.  Please ensure you research the customs policies at the destination country to ensure there are no surprises. Many countries have import thresholds allowing low value imports to arrive free of customs duties. These thresholds vary greatly, so do your research to ensure there are no surprises.

Returns & Exchanges

Should you want to return your purchase, please contact us for return authorisation and our return shipping address. Any return shipping costs are at the customer’s own expense. Returns must be received in original, undamaged and unopened condition. We will refund the cost of the product excluding shipping. Where your product included free shipping, a reduction to the refund amount will be made reflecting our actual cost to ship the product to you. Refunds will only be provided to the original credit card or PayPal account used in making the original purchase. No refund is offered on items sold ‘on sale’.

In the event that your product is faulty, or incorrect items are received, please use our contact form advising of the problem. Once investigated we will provide you with information on how we will rectify the problem.
